The hotel is situated in a lovely green and lush setting, with beautiful jacarandas and orange trees scattered around the large site. The rooms, although spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and flat-screen TV, need some upgrades. The service, especially the friendliness and helpfulness received, was exceptional. However, the noise levels and focus on entertainment for children overshadowed the relaxing atmosphere desired by adults. The dining options provided a variety, including a salad bar and desserts, but the presence of sparrows in the restaurant caused hygiene concerns. Overall, a picturesque location with room for improvement in several areas.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large enough and had a very comfortable king-size bed, but the lack of toiletries was a downside. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff making my stay enjoyable. The location was okay, but the noise and overcrowding took away from the relaxing atmosphere. The dining options had a good variety, but the presence of sparrows around the food was concerning.

The location, while well organized, was noisy with music too loud and more focus on children. The dining options had a lot of choices including a seriously yummy Pork Belly. The facilities were good, but the presence of sparrows in the restaurant was concerning.
